To make the system easy for the treasurer to administer, there should be only one nominated person per squad. This can be a captain, team admin or team treasurer. They should ensure that they have provided their bank details to the treasurer for reimbursement of any match day costs.
The treasurer will review all submissions at the end of the month and issue the relevant payments.
